Bookings
The following terms and conditions refer to bookings made directly with the Old Oak Boutique Hotel. If you have made a booking through a third party (Booking.com, Expedia, or a travel agent), different conditions may apply and any changes or cancellations must be made through their services.
- Cancellations can be made without a penalty up to 7 days before guest is due to arrive.
- If a guest cancels less than 7 days before their scheduled arrival, they will be charged 50% of the total cost of the booking (exceptions listed below).
- During the peak holiday period (20 December-15 January) and long holiday weekends (Easter, King’s Birthday, ANZAC Day, Labour Day, and Auckland & Northland Anniversary Day), guests cancelling less than 7 days before their scheduled arrival will be charged the full cost of their booking.
- Written notification of cancellation must be sent to us by email. The cancellation shall be deemed effective on the day we receive the email.
- No-shows are charged the full cost of their booking.
- The Old Oak will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by the guest if their travel plans are disrupted. We recommend overseas visitors obtain travel insurance.
