Workshop Bookings
- A deposit will be required to hold your place, by bank deposit or credit card. You will be sent an information pack with details of what to bring and what you need to know before the workshop begins.
- Registrations will need to be fully paid 7 days before the start date to confirm your attendance and ensure we meet minimum attendance.
- If we have to cancel, you will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel 7 days or less before the course, no refund will be issued. We are happy to transfer your booking to someone else if you find a substitute.
- If the workshop cannot go ahead on the advertised dates because of low enrolment, staff illness, road or building closures, and other circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible with details of the postponement.
Property Policies
- Free parking is available in front of the buildings.
- The grounds are smoke and vape free.
- Visitors enter the property at their own risk. We advise you to watch your step and be aware of your surroundings. The Old Oak is not responsible for mishaps.
- Damages to the property or artworks may be charged to the responsible party.
- Children are permitted in the gallery spaces only and must be supervised at all times.
- Visitors agree to comply will all statutes, regulations, and local authority bylaws and with the staff directives and safety rules of the hotel.

Terms are subject to the laws of New Zealand. All disputes between the parties shall be determined by the courts of New Zealand, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the same.
