As soon as you turn left just past the Taipa bridge, you know you are heading to a special place. Nested inland the charming countryside of Peria, you will discover The Bush Fairy Dairy, a unique ‘groovy-hippie’ style cafe, meeting place and of course dairy.

When you walk in you are greeted by a friendly storekeeper and are unexpectedly overwhelmed by all the interesting items filling the

store. In one corner beautifully created local arts and crafts, hand made jewellery, incense and trinkets. In the next, organic and spray-free fruit and vegetables- locally sourced of course, typical dairy sold items, ice cream, sweets and deliciously brewed coffee. Take a seat outside in the cosy-cushioned sitting area, read a book from their book exchange library… you’ll want to stay for hours!

On Thursday – Saturdays 4-8pm the ‘Far Out Food Van’ are serving burgers outside the front carpark.

It doesn’t stop there, Most Saturdays TBFD opens up as a music venue where punters can boogie outside on the large lawn space to live music.
